Entire process with Bartlett Home Furnishings was amazing. Ms Kathy was great to work with. No high pressure sales tactics and did not follow us around the store but was fully available to help when we needed her. The shopping experience was relaxing versus the experience I have had at other “Big” name furniture stores. We received our furniture as expected and the delivery men were outstanding as well. They went above and beyond. 5 Stars Highly Recommend. Beyond the service the quality of furniture is top notch.

We have had a wonderful experience with Bartlett Home. While shopping their sales representatives let us shop without bothering us u til we were ready to ask questions. They were very attentive with answering questions and helping us match furniture. The delivery guys were amazing! They had amazing costumer service and were so kind. We will definitely be buying from them again in the future!

Design consultant Linda Boshers came to my house, we discussed style & look I was wanting, she took measurements, and then I came to showroom and she suggested styles & fabrics. Turned out exactly like I had envisioned. I LOVE it. High quality pieces at an affordable price with lots to chose from. So happy I went to Bartlett Home Furnishings!

Great experience with Bartlett Home Furnishings!! From the moment we walked in the door we knew we were in the right place. Beverly Hodge was great at helping us finding the perfect leather recliner. They have great quality furniture, beautiful furniture, a lot of choices. Best furniture store in the Memphis area!

This store has a large inventory of quality merchandise and the ability to design what you, the customer, find appealing. Doug is a very mild mannered and friendly owner. He knows his inventory and lots of information that will assist you. He was generous to let a decorator that has helped me for years come to his store and work with us.
